Memcoins are one of the fastest growing and most popular market segments among users. The main driver of their popularity is simple and affordable platforms for launching and trading meme assets, such as SunPump, Four.Meme, EPUMP or pump.fun.
However, the trading functionality of these services tends to provide only basic tools, and fragmentation limits traders’ options and makes wallet management difficult. BullX aims to solve this problem by creating a user-friendly and efficient interface that allows you to trade memcoins from different platforms and blockchains in one place.
In this education guide, we will take a look at what BullX is, how it works and what tools it can offer users.
What is BullX?
BullX is a hybrid trading platform that combines the functions of a decentralised exchange (DEX) and a Telegram trading bot. It allows you to trade cryptocurrencies through a single interface on multiple networks simultaneously, including Solana, Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Arbitrum and others.
The main features of BullX include fast execution of trades, the use of limit orders for buying and selling, protection from MEV bots, as well as tools for monitoring the market and tracking new assets.
However, it should be noted that the full functionality is only available on the Solana network BullX was originally developed for trading pump.fun tokens.
BullX functionality and interface
BullX’s web interface is generally similar to that of competing platforms. The home page is divided into several tabs:
Networks. Here you can select the network you wish to trade on. At the time of writing, Ethereum, BSC, Base, Arbitrum, Blast and Solana are available;
New Pairs. Allows you to keep track of recently launched tokens sorted by launch time;
Pump Vision. BullX’s built-in aggregator that allows you to monitor and organise memcoins created on the pump.fun and Moonshot platforms.
Of particular note is the About to Graduate category, which contains coins that are close to reaching the capitalisation threshold and transferring liquidity to the decentralised Radium exchange;
Exploring. Here you will find trending tokens, the fastest rising or falling assets and recently added pairs;
Automation. This tab allows you to set up a strategy for automatic coin sales based on user-defined volumes and price ranges;
Portfolio. Stores user statistics and transaction history;
Wallet Manager. This is used for wallet management and allows you to upload private keys, create new addresses and create a whitelist for quick withdrawals.
Below this are the Airdrop, Academy, Settings and Referral tabs. These are not directly related to trading, but can be useful as they provide information about the project’s airdrop and referral programmes, as well as basic lessons on how to use BullX for beginners.
The Referral tab allows you to get a referral link and learn about the project’s bonus referral network.
It should also be noted that some functions, such as checking your balance, withdrawing or depositing funds, are available directly in the BullX Telegram bot after authorisation on the platform’s website.
Features of trading on BullX
Firstly, it’s worth noting that BullX provides traders with a mechanism to view assets based on certain market and on-chain indicators, such as capitalisation, social media presence, LP token availability and the like. This can be found in the New Pairs tab.
Properly configured filters reduce the likelihood of acquiring fraudulent assets and allow you to view only the most relevant tokens.
In addition, a tool called Audit is available on the page of a particular asset. This is a sort of checklist of token characteristics that can indicate the presence of certain problems, potential fraud and price manipulation. For example, it shows how much of the asset is held by the top 10 investors, what proportion of LP tokens have been burned and whether there is an opportunity to increase supply.
Token information also includes data on orders, executed trades and the PNL of investors in the selected asset. You can also check for wallets marked as top holders, creators or insiders.
In terms of transaction execution, the platform allows the buying and selling of assets using limit or market orders. However, as BullX is a decentralised platform, in addition to the standard specification, the trader can also configure the on-chain parameters of the transaction.
Main options:
- Buy Priority Fee. Set a higher fee for priority processing of the transaction by the verifier;
- Buy Slippage Limit. This field is used to set the maximum slippage allowed during transaction execution in percentage;
- Buy MEV protection. Protects the user’s transaction from MEV bots, including frontrunning attacks, which can have a significant impact on revenue, especially for large value transactions;
- Buy Bribe. The ability to pay a ‘bribe’ to a validator to prioritise the inclusion of a transaction in a block. The bribe is not included in the main commission and is optional.
The trading commission on BullX is the same as on most memcoin creation and trading platforms – 1% of the transaction amount. At the time of writing, members of the referral programme receive a 10% discount on commissions.
Register and get started
To register on BullX, you need a Telegram account, which is used to authorise the user on the platform’s website.
After gaining access to the BullX functionality, you have to go to the website through a link sent by the service’s Telegram bot. The platform will then immediately offer to make a deposit, but this step is optional and can be skipped in order to familiarise yourself with the exchange’s interface and tools.
There is no need to connect or create a new wallet – BullX automatically generates a deposit address that can be topped up by an external client using a QR code or data in the wallet management tab.
After making an initial deposit, the trader can begin to trade. No account verification or additional actions are required to access the trading functionality.
Conclusion
BullX is a hybrid trading platform that combines the functions of a decentralised exchange with a custodian of assets and a Telegram bot. It allows users to trade memcoins running on different services and even different networks through a single interface.
The advantages of BullX include a flexible asset filtering system, informativeness, protection from MEV bots and tools for trade automation. At the same time, the exchange offers a familiar mechanism for concluding transactions through orders, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced traders.
Integration with Telegram allows certain operations to be performed directly in the messenger, and perhaps in the future their number will increase, making trading in memcoins even more accessible.
